Holiday accommodation for groups in Radstadt near Obertauern

Our cozy Landhaus Tauernblick is located in a beautiful sunny location on the mountainside at an altitude of 900 meters, in the wonderful Salzburg region. It has a breathtaking panoramic view over the "old town in the mountains" Radstadt and towards the winter sports resort Obertauern.

The self-catering hut Landhaus Tauernblick has a living space of 350 square meters and is divided into three floors. It has 10 bedrooms with a total of 30 beds. There is also space for children to sleep on mattresses in the playroom. There are also 3 bathrooms and 4 separate toilets. A large parking lot in front of the house offers space for approx. 8 vehicles or a bus. The whole house is heated with oil heating and WiFi internet is of course available in the house free of charge. Outside there is a large grill available for the summer months, as well as enough garden furniture, including beer tables and benches. So come by and enjoy your unique vacation.

The holiday home for groups in Radstadt near Obertauern is divided as follows:

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with seating, two coffee machines, dishwasher, kettle, electric stove, grandma’s wood stove, microwave, refrigerator and much more. A large lounge with benches, sitting areas, satellite TV is ideal for cozy get-togethers with family and / or friends. On this floor there is also a double room and a triple room, each with a washbasin in the room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are: a double room, three triple rooms (each with a double bed and a single bed) and a four-bed room (one double bed and two single beds). Each room has its own washbasin. There are two separate toilets and a shower on this floor. Enjoy the view of the mountains from a balcony.

On the second floor there is another kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people as well as a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, etc.

On this floor there are two three-bed rooms (each with a double bed and a single bed) and a four-bed room. One of the rooms has a washbasin and two of the rooms each have their own balcony.

There is also a large bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet, washing machine and clothes horse.

There is also a ski cellar and wood room in the basement. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge in our holiday home for small children or babies.

The Landhaus Tauernblick is ideal for groups who want to spend their vacation in beautiful Obertrauern. Our country house is often booked by school classes, ski clubs and sports clubs.

Our house Tauernblick has a level driveway and is located above the Katschberg federal road (B99) in the direction of Obertauern.

The hut is easily accessible by car, but you need to bring snow chains in winter.

The ski bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, approx. 500 meters away, and take you to the surrounding ski areas free of charge: Radstadt and Obertauern.

The holiday home for groups in Obertauern is approx. 5.2 km from Radstadt, which is also called the "Old Town in the Mountains". The ski area between Radstadt and Altenmarkt is popular for its modern lifts, superbly groomed wide slopes and the longest, illuminated toboggan run in the area. This is one of the reasons why our holiday accommodation in Obertrauern is suitable for ski clubs and larger ski groups.

In the center of Skii amadé

The ski area is part of the Salzburger Sportwelt region and is located in the center of Ski amadé, one of the largest ski associations in Austria with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes and 270 state-of-the-art lifts. This also includes areas such as Schladming (approx. 20 km) or Flachau (approx. 8 km).

Even in summer, active vacationers in Radstadt have a large number of marked hiking trails and 500 km of well-signposted bike routes to choose from. For golfers there is an 18-hole tournament course and a 9-hole public course.

Obertauern, with guaranteed snow, is said to be “where winter is at home”, and is approx. 17 km from the house. Its ski area offers guaranteed snow at 1,740 to 2,526 meters from the end of November to the beginning of May, has around 100 km of fantastic fun on the slopes and a fabulous 16 km of cross-country trails.

One of the excursion destinations in summer is the wildlife and leisure park in Untertauern, which is approx. 5 km from the house. This extends over a total of 11 hectares and houses 40 wild animals in the free enclosure. The amusement park for the whole family is connected directly to the wildlife park. There is a specially created swimming lake with a sunbathing area, as well as a wide range of summer sports activities.
